Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our team in Townsville. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a chance to develop and grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient customer service to staff and clients, answer phone calls, manage mail, client data, and meeting rooms.
- Support office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers/service providers.
- Provide general administrative support to team members and act as a point of contact for office activities.

Requirements:
- You have experience working in a Reception or Frontline position.

- You have a proactive and team-player based attitude focused on delivering quality services to clients.
