Role Overview
The Administrative Officer - Reception and Support will provide essential administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This role involves answering phones, managing office tasks, and providing a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist with client inquiries and coordinate appointments.
- Manage office tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Provide invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable support.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a financial administrative role is preferred but not essential.
