Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and managing office tasks.
- Answer phones and provide a warm welcome to clients and visitors.
- Assist with client inquiries, coordinate appointments, and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
