Administrative Support Specialist

Our client, a leading property development company, is seeking an experienced administration officer to provide high-level support to their managing director and senior management executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex diaries and schedules
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and client functions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and executives
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening calls and managing correspondence
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the managing director
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- A flexible and adaptable nature, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
