Job Description: As a Senior Business Growth Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities. You will provide clients with cutting-edge automation mailing and logistics weighing solutions, ensuring that their needs are met while adhering to our high standards.

  • Manage and service existing accounts, establishing strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and implement optimal solutions that balance client specifications with company standards.
  • Provide sales and project management support, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Assist in the market launch of new products and system solutions, ensuring successful integration.
  • Prepare technical offers to support sales efforts, providing detailed proposals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Understanding of the parcel and intralogistics industry, including system integrator relationships.
  • Familiarity with modern data transmission hardware and software standards.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set targets/KPIs.
  • Willingness to meet travel requirements.
