Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize cold-calling and follow-up strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Work with sales teams to align development strategies with sales goals.
  • Partner with the design team to ensure proposals and presentations meet client needs and expectations.
  • Facilitate smooth handovers between departments for successful project execution.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Draft clear, comprehensive contracts and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Main Tasks
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition.
  • Analyze local and international industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present tailored business proposals to potential clients.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business strengths, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate with Asian or Chinese suppliers and local Asian customer groups, understanding of supply and marketing needs, Chinese background preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Desired Experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the field of business development, sales and marketing, or a similar role.
  • Track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
