- Ability to communicate with Asian or Chinese suppliers and local Asian customer groups, understanding of supply and marketing needs, Chinese background preferred.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the field of business development, sales and marketing, or a similar role.
- Track record of successfully identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
- A competitive salary of approximately $95,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives.
