About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Site Maintenance and Facilities Manager to join our team at Spotlight Retail Group. This is a dynamic role that will see you overseeing the planned and reactive maintenance requirements of our FM portfolio.

As the ideal candidate, you will have extensive knowledge and experience managing building maintenance or projects in relation to building services and infrastructure. You will be responsible for contractor performance management and portfolio performance reporting, as well as coordinating quote requests and work orders with service providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Strategically manage the planned and reactive maintenance requirements of your FM portfolio.">
  • Liaise with service providers to coordinate quote requests and work orders.">
  • Review technical service reports and provide stakeholders with recommendations for facility management.">
  • Oversee and project manage minor capital works projects.">
  • Ensure work is delivered in line with compliance and Work Health Safety standards.">
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) in the procurement of new services and during supplier contract negotiations.">
  • Conduct root cause analysis of various facility-related issues.">
  • Be responsive to external after-hours contact centre.">
  • Review and negotiate quotes.">

Earning Potential

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
