Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our CVP Development team as a key member of our organization.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving growth and compelling value propositions as the voice of customer aligned across key priority segments in Business and Consumer everyday transactional and savings banking.

You will champion the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and customer insights, ensuring delivery teams stay true to our vision as they build towards the future state.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the business measures of success the division is striving to achieve, designing unique and compelling value propositions that deliver customer outcomes for the business.

This role involves leading a squad that designs and develops market-leading customer propositions and product offerings to win in targeted/priority segments. You will conduct competitor and market analysis, identify emerging competitors and propositions, and design concepts, hypotheses to test, and work with research chapters to test, iterate, and improve on new product and service designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform design decisions
  • Develop commercialization approaches and business cases
