Job Title: Chief HR Officer

Job Description

Our organisation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief HR Officer to lead its people operations function. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving transformation and taking our HR function to the next level.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and improving systems, processes and policies around HR cyclical activities. They will also have strong HR generalist and employee relations skills, with the ability to integrate and optimise core HR systems, processes and procedures to support our long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Improve the utilisation of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to support management.
  2. Lead the response to HR queries, analysis of data insights, and delivery of data-based reporting.
  3. Design and deliver the Employee Value Proposition.
  4. Assist with Remuneration, Rewards and Recruitment frameworks.

This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in North Ryde and working from home (WFH), offering a competitive package and not-for-profit benefits.
