
Propositions Strategist

As a key player in supporting customer propositions, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of all customer segments. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the full lifecycle and implementation of strategic projects to enhance each proposition.
- Providing strong stakeholder management through building and maintaining key relationships with business units to deliver propositions.
- Delivering complex financial analysis to support strategic planning, forecasting, segment insights, cost-benefit analysis, and wider business updates.
- Managing risk and control activities to ensure all propositions are de-risked.
- Developing and implementing new propositions and features linked to customer segments to attract and retain active customers.
Key requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's degree in a finance or business-related field.
- Strong strategic thinking, including the ability to analyse data and interpret trends.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to translate strategy into viable initiatives.
