Job Description

Our organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and optimisation of our customer proposition.

This pivotal role plays a key part in achieving growth targets through collaborative working with various value streams and departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering new member propositions and experiences that align with our strategic objectives.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and implementing member propositions and experiences, requiring expertise on our offerings.
  • Providing recommendations for digital and technology-based initiatives to enhance the member experience.
  • Creating and maintaining a strategy and roadmap to acquire and engage members, particularly during the accumulation phase.
  • Identifying market and competitor opportunities and risks, and communicating the strategy to internal stakeholders to gain buy-in and action.

Success in this role requires:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in the financial services industry.
  • An excellent understanding of superannuation regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and data skills, combined with the ability to practically execute and influence in a complex organisational environment.
