Senior Business Analyst Role

This role acts as a bridge between Development and Product teams, collaborating with internal teams to translate well-defined customer value propositions into technical requirements.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Translating approved customer value propositions into effective technical requirements
  • Cross-business collaboration and market monitoring to deliver innovative solutions
  • Facilitating discovery sessions to capture detailed requirements
  • Working with Solution Architecture on design and validation
  • Negotiating with vendors and coordinating requirements specifications
  • Conducting UAT, process validation, and post-release validation

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • 10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce principles
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Strategic thinking and vision to develop innovative product solutions
  • Collaboration and coordination skills across business functions
  • Technical expertise and proficiency
  • Resourcefulness, adaptability, and flexibility
  • Effective communication and influence

This is a permanent role located near the city center.
