Product Specialist

At the forefront of our organization, we are seeking a Product Specialist to play a pivotal role in driving the creation of customer value propositions for current and future products across product portfolios. This encompasses representing the voice of the customer and sales within the Enterprise leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting market analysis and research to identify and define customer segments based on demographics, needs, and preferences
  • Developing tailored value propositions for each sub-segment to win new customers and increase tenure for existing customers
  • Driving, developing, and owning the end-to-end go-to-market process from new product introduction to retiring existing products
  • Providing support to program workshops, actively participating in discussions around design and implementation tasks
  • Ensuring timely delivery of key GTM initiatives with channels and marketing

Requirements:

  • 10 to 15 years professional experience
  • Telecommunications industry experience is essential to the role, with experience leading direct reports and virtual teams
  • Experience developing and delivering product/services and/or business strategies targeting businesses and enterprises
  • Proven track record in developing sales, marketing, and base management programs
  • Possess strong analytical skills, including strategic analysis and the ability to extract insights from disparate sources of data
