Job Description

As a Value Proposition Strategist, you will act as the liaison between our sales team and product team to drive the creation of customer value propositions for current and future products. This role requires strong analytical skills, including strategic analysis and the ability to extract insights from disparate sources of data.

The successful candidate will have experience developing and delivering product/services and/or business strategies targeting businesses and enterprises. A proven track record in developing sales, marketing, and base management programs is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to identify and define customer segments based on demographics, needs, and preferences.
  • Develop targeted value propositions for each sub-segment to win new customers and increase tenure for existing customers.
  • Drive the end-to-end go-to-market process from new product introduction to retiring existing products.
  • Collaborate with program workshops and actively participate in discussions around design and implementation tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of key GTM initiatives with channels and marketing.
Requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in the Telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience leading direct reports and virtual teams, as well as a proven track record in developing sales, marketing, and base management programs.
