Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at IPAR. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional services to our clients and helping them achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Manage a caseload of clients and provide clinical guidance to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes.
- Return to Work Planning: Develop and implement return to work plans in collaboration with clients, employers, and medical professionals.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and supportive rehabilitation experience.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct thorough assessments and provide detailed reports to inform rehabilitation strategies and outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Qualifications: A degree in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy, and registration with the relevant governing body.
- Experience: Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation or a related field is highly regarded.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
