Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team in Albany, WA. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client caseloads and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct assessments and provide clinical expertise to support return-to-work outcomes
  • Collaborate with employers and employees to design and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Work with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes
  • Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Assist clients in achieving return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes through various assessments and interventions
Requirements
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with relevant governing bodies (AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, AASW)
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Current valid driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
