About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with various conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with various conditions, including injury or health-related issues.
  • Collaborate with injured workers, employers, and health professionals to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Work across various schemes, including workers' compensation and employer-funded injury prevention programs.
  • Assist clients in achieving return to health and return to work outcomes through case management and support.
  • Complete assessments using clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • A qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy.
  • Registration with a relevant governing body, such as AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, AASW, or AHPRA.
  • Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Compassion and empathy.
  • A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
