About the Opportunity

This strategic role involves developing and managing Cyble's partner ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. A strong relationship manager with a strategic mindset is required to identify new partnership opportunities, nurture existing alliances, drive joint go-to-market initiatives, and close deals through partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner strategies to recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with business objectives in ANZ.
  • Grow existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual business growth and long-term collaboration.
  • Closing deals through partners within the ANZ geography by working closely with partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, marketing, product, and technical teams to develop effective go-to-market plans.
  • Negotiate favorable partnership agreements, monitor partner performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and related sectors within ANZ.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums to enhance brand presence and network within the partner ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic input to internal stakeholders on partner-related opportunities and risks.
  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment between the company and its partners for seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or alliance management in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong understanding of ANZ market dynamics, key industries, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships driving revenue growth.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Will to travel within the ANZ region as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
