About this Role

As a strategic business partner, you will develop and manage our channel sales ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, the ANZ market, and proven experience in partner management and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, recruit, onboard, and activate new partners aligned with our business objectives in ANZ.
  • Manage and grow existing partner relationships, ensuring mutual business growth and long-term collaboration.
  • Closure of deals through partners within the ANZ geography by working closely with partners to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with existing sales teams, marketing, product, and technical teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market (GTM) plans.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure favorable partnership agreements.
  • Monitor partner performance, conduct regular business reviews, and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership outcomes.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity and related sectors within ANZ.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in partner management, business development, or alliance management, in cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market dynamics, key industries, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with channel partners, MSSPs, or Cybersecurity resellers in ANZ.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products, threat intelligence, or digital risk management solutions.
  • Knowledge of cyber regulations or compliance frameworks relevant to ANZ is a plus.
