We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Ecosystem Development Manager to join our team.
About the RoleThe Partner Ecosystem is critical to our continued growth and success. Our partners play a vital role in scaling our go-to-market strategy and enabling the success of our customers on our Experience Management Platform.
This role will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience when interacting with our partners, just like they would expect from us.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver technical capabilities to support partner success
- Drive customer success through account management within partner organizations
- Evaluate partner performance across a portfolio of partner-delivered and ongoing success customer programs
- Recommend and monitor changes to improve partner success
- Address and resolve escalations related to partner delivery of implementation and managed services
- Proven track record of driving large-scale partner programs
- Strong influencing skills to align stakeholders and drive joint success
- Data-driven insights to optimize partner performance
- Able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
