Training and Development Professional

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Claims Training Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining our comprehensive Claims training program.
The successful candidate will develop training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules tailored to claims management, conduct thorough training needs analyses, facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, and adapt their methods to meet adult learning requirements.
You will deliver confirmation of learning and continuously evaluate the training program's performance, seeking opportunities for improvement and refinement.
This role involves ensuring that common processes across various product areas remain consistent and up-to-date, as well as ensuring that Case Managers comply with industry legislation, internal policies, and guidelines, aligning with our Claims Philosophy, Core Beliefs, and Model.
As a champion of change, you will manage the impacts of initiatives, process improvements, and broader change management activities on the Claims team.
