Job Title

The role of a Training and Development Professional is pivotal in designing and delivering high-quality training programs to enhance internal employee performance across contact centers.

This position collaborates closely with senior leaders, team managers, and quality specialists to develop and conduct training, coaching, knowledge management, and communication initiatives.

The primary objective is to drive business improvement through effective training and development programs.

  • Deliver quality training programs that equip teams with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to incorporate best practices into the business.
  • Build capability across contact centers and align with strategic goals.

Operational Focus:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss, prioritize, and implement training across operations teams.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training on meeting business needs.
  • Ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and meet risk and compliance requirements.

People Leadership:

  • Align training and processes with the existing quality framework.
  • Support the Quality Specialist in providing feedback, coaching, and developing their capability in coaching and training delivery.

Governance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Support assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in adult education, coaching, and training development, preferably in Financial Services or Customer Service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment preferred; tertiary qualification in related areas preferred.
