Training and Development Professional

We are seeking a professional to join our client, a Registered Training Organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services.
The ideal candidate will hold a Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) or equivalent tertiary qualifications, as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. They will also possess relevant industry experience and excellent written and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs
- Evaluate learner performance
- Maintain records and reports
Requirements:
- Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) or equivalent tertiary qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:
- Training and Assessment Certificate
