Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and development initiatives to a diverse range of participants within the retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions to participants from various backgrounds
  • Support positive behavioural outcomes that drive business results
  • Collaborate with all areas of the organisation to ensure contract services are productive, cost-effective, and meet industry and customer needs
  • Participate in training needs analysis to identify skill gaps where learning interventions can support
  • Identify opportunities to provide costed training and revenue generation solutions
  • Continuously develop and maintain skills, knowledge, and system expertise
  • Prepare and issue a comprehensive training schedule
  • Maintain accurate records of review and approval of assessment instruments
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to student cohorts to overcome self-doubt and build confidence
  • Ensure trainees receive the Course Guide and Student Handbook prior to commencing the course

Requirements

  • Teaching experience: 2 years (required)
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116 (required)
  • Certificate III in Business (required)
  • Blue Card (required)
  • Certificate II, III, IV up to Diploma level in Retail (required)
  • Australia Work Authorisation (required)
