Job Opportunity

The National Store Trainer will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our Learning and Development programs. This is a permanent opportunity with flexible working arrangements, based in Sydney.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify training needs and deliver face-to-face and virtual training aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and implement training that promotes employees' ongoing professional development and engagement
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by assessing participation and engagement, and strategise ways to improve
  • Assist with the development and updating of training plans and materials
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners in a consultative and professional manner
  • Visit stores to build exposure and relationships with individuals and teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a Learning & Development/Training role
  • Strong coaching, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and promote effective change
  • A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
  • Exposure to the Retail industry or site/store-based environments
