Training Development Professional

The purpose of this position is to support the effective functioning of the Human Resources Department by providing assistance to the leadership team in various Human Resources related tasks.
This includes offering aid to associates and management with requests involving training and development, while maintaining a strong focus on upholding the company's values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support to the leadership team in Human Resources related functions
- Assisting associates and management with training and development requests
- Developing and conducting training programs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of previous experience in Learning & Development (hospitality industry preferred)
- Experience in developing and conducting training programs
