Job Title: Capacity Strategist

Job Description:

The role of the Capacity Strategist is to oversee and enhance the capacity management process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of agreed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing effective capacity management policies, procedures, tools, and techniques.
  • Collaborating with clients to gather and understand their demand requirements and business activity patterns.
  • Managing a continuous program with clients and delivery teams to identify and implement service improvement initiatives.
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs without compromising quality-of-service levels.
  • Monitoring and tracking delivery of services against relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of client business needs, demand requirements, and activity patterns.
  • Escalating any risks identified in or affecting the capacity management service.
  • Taking end-to-end ownership and management of internal and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship and ability to achieve a Baseline or NV1 security clearance.
