Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Strategist

This role involves providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure the availability, performance, and compliance of IT infrastructure.

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled expert in computing infrastructure operations to oversee and lead teams responsible for managing mission-critical IT systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for advanced infrastructure issues, including incident resolution and change implementation.
  • Oversee system availability and performance across various environments, including test, pre-production, and production.
  • Collaborate closely with security, application, and DevOps teams to develop scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Provide expertise on automation, cloud strategies, and infrastructure optimization.
  • Manage monitoring tools and processes to enable proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
  • Engage stakeholders to communicate infrastructure health, risks, and project updates.
  • Oversee capacity management and cost control across both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
  • Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) reviews and provide on-call support when required.
  • Drive automation using tools such as Terraform, PowerShell, Python, and shell scripting.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Support infrastructure lifecycle activities, including patching, OS upgrades, and hardware refreshes.
  • Optimize hybrid cloud and multi-vendor environments.
