Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take charge of project planning and risk management for complex undertakings. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of projects by collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project breakdown structures and deliverables lists.
  • Implement and oversee project scope management processes.
  • Create and manage resource-loaded project master schedules using specialized software.
  • Conduct regular updates, quality analysis, and performance reporting based on schedule data.
  • Identify variances between baseline and actual project metrics and develop strategies for capacity optimization.
  • Manage the project risk management process, maintain the risk register, and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
  • Support earned value management (EVM) processes, including relevant coding and reporting.
  • Contribute to the improvement of core project processes such as scheduling, scope, and risk management.
Requirements:
  • A degree in project management, finance, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in complex projects.
  • Proven expertise in earned value management, risk analysis, and EVM reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, OPP, or similar scheduling tools.
  • Strong analytical and data skills with the ability to produce clear project performance reports.
  • Familiarity with project finance processes, data analytics, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
