This role requires a Digital Experience Strategist to design and deliver new experiences for improved outcomes for customers across a wide range of digital solutions. You will be responsible for driving a human-centric and holistic approach to experience delivery; helping to design and guide solutions to support multiple customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading digital experience activities in a multi-disciplinary agile delivery team
  • Applying expertise to enhance and improve existing software, including designing, developing, implementing and testing
  • Applying best practice digital experience methods and processes supporting the future design
  • Delivering and designing appropriate digital experience artefacts and communication
  • Transforming defined business needs into outcomes and problem statements
  • Planning and documenting user interviews, also designing and facilitating workshops
  • Analysing and improving user experience, taking the viewpoint of the end user
  • Managing stakeholder groups to develop a partnership
  • Communicating well, using professional judgement to evaluate risks
Requirements
  • Over 3 years of experience in a Digital Experience Strategist role
  • Demonstrated capability in planning, facilitating, and documenting user interviews
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic digital experience initiatives
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital experience process and activities
  • Experience in adopting the user's perspective to analyse and enhance their experience or journey
  • Established ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated capacity to deliver within project and program settings
  • Proven skill in identifying and strategising capability enhancements of business process improvements
  • Strong communication proficiency, including the ability to translate between business and technical languages
  • Capability to communicate persuasively, negotiate outcomes, and manage intricate stakeholder relationships

Please note you need to be in a position to obtain a Baseline Security clearance.
