Job Title: Strategic HR Solutions Specialist

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to managers on operational people matters and conditions of employment.

  • Provides expert HR generalist or project experience in complex, industrialized environments
  • Exposure to transformation projects (e.g. ERP, onboarding redesign, ticketing system)
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and a passion for user-centered design
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and training delivery
  • The ability to think systemically, influence broadly, and deliver with impact
About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to scope and embed people solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and future-ready.

  • Lead current state analysis and identify opportunities for improvement across key HR processes
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to shape HR solutions; support ICT implementation and broader transformation initiatives
  • Drive service uplift through data insights, self-service enablement, and experience-led design
