Strategic HR Solutions Specialist

This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for providing strategic advice and guidance to managers on operational people matters and conditions of employment.
- Provides expert HR generalist or project experience in complex, industrialized environments
- Exposure to transformation projects (e.g. ERP, onboarding redesign, ticketing system)
- A mindset for continuous improvement and a passion for user-centered design
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, change management, and training delivery
- The ability to think systemically, influence broadly, and deliver with impact
We are seeking a talented individual who can bring a fresh perspective to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and be able to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to scope and embed people solutions that are intuitive, scalable, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead current state analysis and identify opportunities for improvement across key HR processes
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to shape HR solutions; support ICT implementation and broader transformation initiatives
- Drive service uplift through data insights, self-service enablement, and experience-led design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
