Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in driving growth and improving financial performance across our operations.

About the Role:

  • Provide operational advice and support to implement our people strategy and practices.
  • Coach and advise managers on people management activities, including recruitment, succession planning, reward & recognition, professional development, performance management, and health & safety.
  • Manage sensitive and complex IR/ER issues to effective resolution.
  • Drive frontline training and leadership development initiatives.
  • Champion change and organisational change management requirements.
  • Work closely with managers on workforce planning activities to improve operational efficiencies and employee engagement.
  • Assist in EBA negotiations and relevant communications.
  • Develop and review people policies, procedures, and workflows.
  • Take ownership of assigned people projects with a focus on goals, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
  • Champion open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Assist in implementing a company-wide HRIS.

You Will Have:

  • Strong HR generalist experience, with a strategic mindset and ability to remain agile and solutions-focused.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' generalist HR experience in a similar role within a similar industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in dealing with current employment laws and associated workplace requirements.
  • Strong skills in managing Employee Relations matters end-to-end.
