Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team at our Brisbane and Gold Coast restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality food and providing outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality food that meets our KPI targets and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Lead a high-performing kitchen team to ensure solid operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver our signature menu items in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Collaborate with your team to achieve monthly goals and ensure a positive work environment.
  • Provide thorough training and development to your team members.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment that meets Australian food safety standards.
  • Deliver food and service that meets our brand standards and exceeds guest expectations.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a similar environment.
  • Energetic attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player approach.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional quality food and providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Commitment to upholding our brand standards, OH&S, and food hygiene procedures.
  • Knowledge of costed rostering and ability to manage kitchen operations effectively.
  • Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired, but not essential.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.

Salary

Expected salary: $73,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
