About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is eager to make a difference in the communities of NSW. You will have experience in developing and implementing service delivery reforms, strategic initiatives, or interagency projects with a focus on capability development.

You will also have:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications or equivalent, relevant professional experience, and training
  • Experience in leading and project managing complex, cross-agency projects
  • Solutions-focussed, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage competing demands and changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and engage senior decision-makers with confidence
  • Experience in undertaking all aspects of the policy process – research, development, implementation, review, and evaluation
