About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Strategic Media Planning Director to lead our team in developing and executing amazing strategic work. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for providing expertise and leadership in the application of the Agency Planning Process and tools.

  • You'll develop and execute strategic plans that deliver business results for your clients and those of your direct reports.
  • With a deep understanding of client briefs, you'll discuss them internally with teams and senior leadership.
  • You'll support the team using the suite of tools to aid planning and lead the use of agency & industry tools/resources to develop target audience, brand, competitive, opportunities.
  • As a seasoned media planner, you'll provide direction and advanced knowledge sharing of media planning principles across multiple clients.
  • You'll identify and sell through incremental opportunities that drive both the Agency and Client's business.
  • Create and lead end-to-end presentations with peers and clients.
  • Lead strategic thinking in new business opportunity development.
About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • Advanced knowledge and skills within Strategy Consulting with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in media planning or strategy consulting.
  • Relevant qualification in Media or Strategy.
  • Experience leading media projects.
