Enterprise Sales Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven and energetic Account Manager to join our team at CommScope. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the sales of Enterprise infrastructure products in the assigned territory. This includes creating new business opportunities and maintaining existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Understanding customers' business, technology, and product requirements and matching solutions to meet customer needs.
- Influencing purchase decisions and performing revenue and demand forecasting in the CRM system.
- Account planning, project planning, and handling internal and external customer relationships.
Requirements
- Technical experience in communications and/or associated industries.
- Well-versed in account and project planning.
- Results-focused with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Proven track record of managing multiple, concurrent tasks with competing demands.
- Strong customer focus and excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong team player capable of working cross-functionally with other teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve moderately complex issues.
- Strong time management skills and ability to exercise initiative.
- Computer literacy and ability to interpret reports and information.
- Advanced skills and experience in MS Office and CRM databases.
- Well-developed and proven commercial skills.
