We are seeking an experienced Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team in the Gippsland region, covering Leongatha, Sale, and Bairnsdale. As a key member of our agribusiness team, you will build trusted relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their needs and drive business growth.

About the Role:

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and deliver win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of Bendigo Bank's growth targets.
  • Work proactively within your community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our thriving portfolio.
  • Partner with network stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement localized engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for our customers, communities, and Bendigo Bank.
  • Drive profitable growth for your local area by meeting team sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results you can feel proud of.

What You'll Bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline.
  • The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver licence.

We would also love you to have:

  • Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles.
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets.
  • The ability to think outside the square to develop innovative, customer-centric solutions.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
