Job OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic National Sales Development Manager to join our expanding team in Melbourne. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage a national territory, engaging with both existing clients and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and maximise on opportunities within new and existing client accounts.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and national clients.
- Create and manage territory plans, setting measurable goals and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for prospecting, planning, and sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the Service department.
- Provide valuable insights to marketing and sales teams regarding competition and market dynamics.
- Participate in local and national trade shows to showcase our products and services.
- Prior experience in hardware solution selling, with relevant industry knowledge (highly desirable).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environments.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in processing or quality control.
- Proficiency in cross-selling and Value Based Selling techniques.
- A competitive salary package with commission and bonus incentives ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum).
