The role of an HR Business Partner is a vital component in the success of any organization.
They serve as strategic advisors, providing business-focused operational advice and support to implement people strategies and practices.
This includes partnering with leaders, coaching managers, and driving frontline training and leadership development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Developing and implementing effective people policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Managing employee relations matters, including recruitment, talent acquisition, succession planning, reward and recognition, professional development, performance management, award interpretation, health and safety, remuneration, and benefits.
- Leading case management of sensitive and complex IR/ER issues to effective resolution in conjunction with the business.
- Assisting in EBA negotiations and relevant communications.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' generalist HR experience in a similar role within a similar industry.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in dealing with current employment laws and associated workplace requirements.
- Strong skills in managing Employee Relations matters end-to-end.
- Strong business partnering ability with a focus on developing trusted relationships to achieve positive business outcomes.
