We are seeking an experienced HR expert to join our organization and drive strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering HR operational services and advisory, including:

  • Managing complex employee issues with best practices.
  • Developing senior-level relationships and influencing business needs.
  • Providing trusted advice on employee engagement, retention, and culture.
  • Executing on employee relations matters.
  • Delivering management, coaching, and advisory services.
  • Handling workplace health and safety matters.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate:

  • Relevant Human Resources qualifications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience as a generalist HR Advisor/Consultant.
  • Solid knowledge of workplace legislation and HR best practices.
  • Proven partnering with senior stakeholders and executive people strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a national team.
  • Highly organized to deliver daily outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
