About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic HR Partner to collaborate closely with our key advisory client on a greenfield project. This involves working with internal stakeholders to determine current systems, processes, and procedures, identifying limitations, and researching better practices in the market.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for implementing new systems, establishing policies, procedures, and manuals, and training senior leadership teams. You will also play a key role in talent acquisition at a local level, guiding the leadership team through recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR functions and talent acquisition. A formal qualification in HR, IR, ER, or similar is required. Prior experience in greenfield environments or implementing new HR systems is highly advantageous.

You must possess excellent communication skills, a high degree of people patience, and the ability to thrive in autonomous environments. A results-driven approach and flexibility are also essential.
