Job Description

As a senior HR business partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and support across the business bank and agribusiness portfolios.

Key responsibilities include providing workforce planning, organisational capability, and succession planning to senior leaders and executives.

You will also be responsible for supporting the people strategy and capability program, as well as managing multiple stakeholders to deliver people initiatives.

Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Significant experience in a senior HR business partner role within a complex, matrixed organisation.
  • Strong technical HR capability and experience in strategic HR practices.
  • Ability to work strategically with senior leaders and constructively challenge.
  • Proven success in delivering talent opportunities and addressing talent challenges.
