About the Role

We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and provide support to our client group. The ideal candidate will have experience working at both an operational and strategic level in a HRBP role, with a strong understanding of cyclical HR initiatives and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic plans for the client group, including workforce and succession planning, remuneration and benefits structures
  • Coaching and advising management to support their teams
  • Working with stakeholders to deliver robust HR strategies within a large and complex organisation
  • Leading and implementing HR projects, including system implementation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree qualification in HR or other relevant area
  • Experience working in a large complex organisation supporting different divisions
  • A commercial yet personable approach
  • Professional services industry experience is highly regarded
