Job Title: Strategic HR Partner

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled HR consultant to join our team. This role will focus on providing expert HR support, guidance, and coaching across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of top talent.
  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior stakeholders and managers on employee engagement, ER/IR, and performance management.
  • Lead and support HR initiatives aligned to organizational priorities and workforce plans.
  • Coach and develop leaders on effective communication, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Diagnose and implement solutions to people-related challenges across the organization.
  • Contribute to report preparation, business case development, and policy implementation.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR consulting or recruitment with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in full HR generalist suite including talent development, performance management, and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with ability to operate at multiple levels of leadership.
  • Proactive and commercially-minded approach with passion for delivering people-focused outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
