Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and operational support to our managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Support: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management.
  • Recruitment Management: Manage recruitment and selection processes to ensure the best candidates are selected for our open positions.
  • Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance, advising management on legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist with development and implementation of strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
