Marketing and Events Coordinator

The Marketing and Events Coordinator will drive visibility, growth, and engagement for our hotels and key outlets. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and has a passion for hospitality and events marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Content: Develop, schedule, and analyse engaging posts; manage influencer activity.
  • Web & Digital Distribution: Maintain and optimise hotel microsites, OTAs, and Google Business listings.
  • CRM & EDMs: Craft and deploy campaigns to promote rooms, events, and F&B offerings.
  • Design & Collateral: Create digital and print assets aligned with hotel guidelines.
  • Campaign Planning: Collaborate on annual promotional calendars and manage campaign rollouts, including photoshoots.
  • Partnerships & Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maximise visibility and engagement.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support loyalty campaigns, new platform rollouts, and seasonal promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and campaign delivery.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and CRM platforms.
  • Creative eye for design and brand storytelling (Adobe Creative Suite experience advantageous).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
