We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training new truck drivers on proper driving techniques, safety protocols, and compliance with transportation regulations. As an instructor, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of professional drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on instruction in truck driving, including classroom and behind-the-wheel training.
- Teach students how to perform safety checks, maneuver trucks, and comply with industry regulations.
- Instruct students on proper use of equipment, defensive driving techniques, and accident prevention.
- Prepare students for the PDA (Practical Driving Assessment).
- Assess students' driving skills and provide feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
- Patience and a commitment to student success.
- Knowledge of federal and state transportation laws and safety standards

Qualifications:

- Instructors Book
- Certificate IV in Motor Vehicle Driver Training
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Licence with clean driving record.
- Certificate in training an assessment.
- Prior experience as a truck driver instructor preferred.
