Business Development Lead

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Lead to drive growth and expansion in the civil construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers to accelerate engagement and drive revenue growth
  • Own and execute regional business development initiatives, exceeding targets and driving business success
  • Foster a deep understanding of our product offerings to drive customer growth
  • Cultivate leads and drive new business through opportunity management and collaboration with the broader team
  • Continuously drive sales growth by understanding and responding to customer needs
  • Develop strategies for expanding our customer base and market presence
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to design effective marketing campaigns
  • Identify potential customers and decision-makers within the target market
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities and budgetary requirements
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market conditions
Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Prior experience selling to the construction industry is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong and influential relationships is crucial
  • Good commercial awareness with a passion and drive to succeed is required
  • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results is vital
  • Self-motivated, driven individuals with experience working remotely are preferred
