Technical Service Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide exceptional service and support to our valued customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various equipment.
This role works collaboratively with a dedicated team of technicians and reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager. Previous experience in a technical field is highly desirable, although not essential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site corrective and preventative maintenance on customer equipment
- Install and maintain Colour and B&W print equipment
- Work effectively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
