As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for owning and resolving customer technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support experiences, and contributing to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Owning and resolving complex customer technical issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of Microsoft products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
- Contribution to the development of best practices and knowledge sharing initiatives to improve support efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field AND 3+ years of technical support experience.
- OR 5+ years of technical support experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including Office applications.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools and methodologies.
